My name is Miriam, I'm an Italian Yogini and a Certified Yoga Instructor .

I started my personal yoga practice 12 years ago and since then I never stopped walking through this wonderful path of discovery. Since 2012 I love to share the precious tool I found in yoga and how it re-connected myself to Mother Earth and her natural cycles, offering group and private classes – in studios and also online.

I am a passionate traveller and because of that I did most of my teacher trainings abroad, having the chance to learn directly from the most inspiring and great Yogis and Yoginis from all over the world.
I’m a certified Hatha Yoga Instructor by the Ashram Rishikesh Yog Peeth of Rishikesh (India) under the guide of Roshan Singh ji. I’ve explored the world of ‘Thai Yoga Massage’ with Ivan Medici and I’ve been Yin-side the practice thanks to a ‘Yin Yoga’ Teacher Training in Prague guided by Sebastian Pucelle and Murielle Burellier.
I also had the precious opportunity to enrich my knowledge through an amazing ‘Pregnancy Yoga’ Teacher Training with the powerful Uma Dinsmore-Tuli in London with Yoga Campus.

So far I’ve had the amazing opportunity to share my practice with lot of wonderful souls coming from every corner of the world. Each of them with a different approach to life, each of them expressing their unique personality, each of them like pieces of a big puzzle that day by day takes new forms.
I’m in love with the Moon cycles and I like to flow with them.
I’m vegetarian since 2008, and I like to prepare and share healthy, colourful and yummy homemade food!
I also have a real passion for my veggie garden. I love to plant good seeds, take care of them with love and see how every plant grows; from the Earth looking for the Sun rays. Every fruit is like a little miracle of life!
I believe in smile therapy, in kind hearts and I can’t stay so far away from India, the place where all this lovely journey started many many years ago, while I was volunteering for an Italian Ngo.
