That's why I decided to share this precious tool in a genuine and simple way. The reasons why a person comes to Yoga are very different. Yoga provides something for everyone and is different for each individual. Personal transformation is a main goal of Yoga and the purpose is to relieve suffering of the mind, body and spirit.
Yoga is recognized by people from every culture, and from all over the world as a proved science from a physical point of view, improving the functioning of the respiratory, circulatory, digestive and hormonal systems. A regular practice promotes emotional stability and clarity of mind.
Yoga is adaptable to suit the needs of individuals for specific ailments and for all ages.
The young have come to explore and develop their potential.
The sick and aged have come for healing and a fresh perspective.
Spiritual seekers have come to clarify and purify their intentions and find freedom from the burdens of the material world, finding peace to nourish the soul.
